Hi Danny - another 100 contracts on those March 10 calls went through at 9:46 AM (PST) for 3/16! Today's volume for these contracts now total 445. Maybe somebody is rolling over into another strike price but it appears that the buys are pure speculation. Both Lucent and Siemans are supposed to announce purchases Monday. LU just floated $1 Billion in bond financing. Siemans has their eye on some other network companies. Watch the open interst change for tomorrow: OI for the March 10 calls is 2,552. An increase would mean more "buy-to-open" ora decrease is "buy-to-close". Buy to open is bullish. Buy to close may indicate a roll-over trade. EKS
