CVIA (a poem) CVIA was a stock Not much more than a shell WOTD wanted a merger Then things went to hell They did a reverse split Three hundred to one And that wasn't enough They borrowed a great sum Then along came a man We all learned to respect KAA was his name His goal to correct He headed a law suit To make everything right To increase the stock value To remove the WOTD blight The judge ruled in favor Of the new B.o.D. Then Keith issued shares Preferred ones, for free The stock price is up The future is bright We look for the start Of the I.P.O. Site Too many good things To list them all here No problems in sight And nothing to fear Keep up the good work We like what you do We know you'll succeed We know you'll come through I have way too much time on my hands.
