Wow honker - for the first time you are right. They are supposed to announce new material information publicly. How EXACTLY is the potential PR next week considered new information?

As long as you talking with the SEC - why not have them investigate GM, GE, and MSFT. They normally announce when QTR and YR end financials will be publicised. By your definition they should be investigated.

And you say your an attorney? I tried to search for your firm and funny thing is I could not find you. I guess your one of those underground firms - huh.
