Investing in BPI? I don't get it. Xoma is BPI, for good or ill. Whither Xoma goest so goest BPI. If the company "doesn't make it," your investment in BPI goes down with it. The only alternative is to foresee who will buy the patents from the bankruptcy trustee and invest in that company.
