Takeovers and short squeezes...the last hopes of busted longs. Very rare to see a takeover at a 100% premium to the current market price. A 100% premium would be around $7, would that qualify as a takeover or takeunder for the vast majority of ABTX holders? Still seeing way too much "hope" on the boards, need more people to throw in the towel before the stock can trade find a "bottom". I think "fair" value is around $2-$3. We may well overshoot that on the downside. Good luck.
