Asian Marketing Agreement Completed

MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 5, 1999--Planet City (OTCBB:PINC -
news) announces that it has entered into a marketing agreement with Global Telephone Communication Inc (OTCBB:GTCI - news).

Global will market all Planet City's Y2K solutions to Global's customers in the People's Republic of China and Asia.

It is Global's intention to market Planet City's Y2K solutions through its relationships with the Chinese Government Agencies and the private sector. Global will also market Planet City's Y2K solutions to an extensive banking network which includes the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific. The Association encompasses 78 Development Banks in 33 countries.

Planet City's Y2K software solutions includes a hardware fix which checks and fixes the BIOS and Real Time Clock. The software has a scan, which does a bit by bit scan of the computer's executable files. Millennium Bug Compliance Kit addresses both software and hardware compliancy and will flag all software programs with Y2K problems.

The size of the Asian market is difficult to determine due to the lack of information. Most literature indicates that very little has been done in Asia to address the Y2K problem.
