Why would THQ distribute through Centresoft? THQ already has a branch in the UK.

And I think that any deal between MWY, ATVI or THQI would be a merger of equals, rather than a big fish-little fish situation.

At first glance, it might make sense for MWY to merge with ATVI. But to please wall street, ATVI would need to be the acquirer; if ATVI bought MWY, it would be accretive, but if MWY bought ATVI, it would be dilutive. And ATVI couldn't afford to buy MWY unless it issued tons of stock. And I doubt that ATVI is looking for a big merger, or else they might not have agreed to buy XPRT. In my opinion, the only way ATVI is involved is if they are the intended target. I've considered the possibility of a THQI/ATVI combo, but it would be dilutive for THQI to make the purchase. If ATVI bought THQI, it would be accretive, but they'd need to offer more than $40 before management would agree (I'd hope). And that's not likely to happen. And MWY doesn't make a good combo with THQI, IMO. If THQI were to merge with another publisher of similar size, it would have to have a strong PC presence. MWY is strong on N64, and it has a coin-op division, so I can't see how that would support THQI's long-term plans. I don't think GTIS will be involved, since they are a house of problems. And AKLM is a possibility, but only as the acquiror. I could see AKLM buying ATVI, but not THQI. It couldn't afford THQI at $40.
