VTSS is a good solid company who has the lion's share of OC48 and OC12 frontend circuit design wins with the likes of CSCO, LU, and Ascend. The AMCC/Cimarron merger is a bit unsettling but I believe VTSS will address this high end framer space in the near future and will outperform AMCC.
