And with even more reflection, think how often the legal profession increases the noise to signal ratio beyond what we can deal with. These shiny suits make this lawyer sick. They do not act in the public interest, they only go after companies with enough of a future to be around to settle 24 months later. Maybe 10-20% of their claims of bad faith have merit, not enough IMO.
