hey, god bless, you fellow warrior in the investing trenches. surgery sucks (i had a submuscular ulnar nerve transposition at the elbow - sawed my bone completely off, lifted up my forearm muscle, "scooped" my nerve, moved it above my elbow - by the bend in my arm, and reattached my elbow). it gets better with time, though.
