I think you guys are being a bit harsh on Trader-X who has posted savvy enough posts for me to be convinced he has done his DD, and does understand the true business model of Wave.

I have to side with his opinion on this: that the perception of the mob will simply be: "oh, just another chip factory", until they are actually confronted with the awesome potential of this achievement.

The challenge for Wave on the marketing front will have to be to make sure that the public knows that Wave is the Porsche, not just a cheap little bit part that can be tossed away and replaced.
