Bob, Re your 2182, this is actually quite a common type of business arrangement. Let's say the PR firm wanted to bring MRPS on board as a client. MRPS doesn't want to put out cash to engage PR firm. PR firm says to MRPS, our services are worth X. MRPS is thinking to themselves, no way we will spend X to hire these guys. But, let's try them out to see how they perform. O.K then PR firm, we will hire you to try you out. But instead of paying X in cash, we will pay X in stock options or in stock. PR firm, knowing that they are charging some percentage more than the services are really worth, says to MRPS, OK we will take the deal. Therefore, no money changes hands. But, oh uh, PR firm doesn't do what MRPS thought they (PR firm) should be doing. MRPS says to PR firm, you aren't doing the job. PR firm says to MRPS, oh yes we are. MRPS says to PR firm, oh no you aren't. What do we have? Stalemate. PR firm says to itself, OK PR firm, we will show MRPS, we will cash in the stock or stock options. We will show MRPS a thing or two. MRPS says to PR firm, don't cash in those stocks or stock options, because YOU DID NOT PERFORM. PR firm says, we know we didn't perform, but we will cash in the stock and then fight MRPS with the money we have gotten from the sale of the 880K shares of stock that were run up over 400% in a few days. Then we have the money, and we can hire a good bunch of shisters and beat them out of the claim that we didn't perform.
