I never stated I wanted MRPS to be in a high rent location...someone just asked for a description of the neighborhood and I posted it objectively...having lived in this area for 12 years I know that anyone who sets up shop in Tennessee does so because of the very favorable business climate in this area...that's why Nissan, Saturn, Shop At Home, Kroger, Sara Lee, Gaylord Entertainment, FEDEX, Service Merchandise, Dollar General, Shoney's, Columbia/HCA and a whole host of others decided to set up shop here (in a relatively small area) rather than other options available...
