By the way, as to the timing of the release, I personally think that this release was supposed to come out after the close. IMHO what happened is that the individual informed MJ (someone owning that many shares assuredly talks to MJ quite often) that he would be selling his shares which forced MJ to release the news sooner than anticipated. One man's opinion!
