Scotty, I E-Mailed the company last night after reading the post on R.B. and received a response within hours. Suffice it to say they are aware of the problem with this customer and are doing everything possible to remedy the situation. I agree with others who have said that this seems to be an isolated incident. Hopefully this kind of a bug will be corrected ASAP. I am impressed with the way Mr. Skinner seems to be trying to address this issue as quickly as possible. Bring on the card! Gary
