Hi jeeza I guess your overlooking the fact that if it were going to go into the toilet it would have done so as soon a people knew about the proxy to add more shares. SDS knows it wont fly so my guess is that they will look for private funding. As you are probably aware if you are not totally focused on the scenario you anticipate, private funding tends to lend strenght and credibility to a company. The market figures that big money is not dumb? and usually respond in a positive way to such news. I say this to you in an objective way, as I know how to take profit going the other way too.
