YIN - I DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU GET YOUR INFO, BUT YOU MIGHT WANT TO GET A NEW SOURCE. CHAPTER 11 BK IS "REORGANIZATION" AND CHAPTER 13 IS THE "LIQUIDATION". JACC FILED CHAP 11 AND THE COMPABANY HAS A SYMBOL CHANGE TO JACCQ. THEIR ASSETS ARE NOT FROZEN AND THEIR STOCK IS TRADING.
