P.E., the long-term prospects for PCES depend entirely on the company finding the right business to put their $2 Million cash into. They have given themselves 6-12 months to do that according to Mr. Hughesman at the company.

If they don't find a good company, the $$$ would go to the preferred shareholders. So, although this is speculative, the company does at least have $2 Million to work with!
