The correction has finished! The bond market has turned, as I've been saying for 3 days, the stock market has rallied big for 2 two days (led by the high techs.) and SEG remains in a very narrow 2 pt. trading band JUST UNDER 30 and ignores the market. Yet it's volume is good. There is a lot of trading. I have asked for an explanation that makes sense from our fundamentalist thinkers.
