I would like to submit this thought on insider selling:
Many executives of technology companies depend on stock options as part of their compensation so they sell shares regardless of what the short or long term outlook is for the company.

To assume selling by insiders is a signal the stock is going down would be foolish in my humble opinion. There are just too many factors that the general investing public doesn't know.

I will concede RIO has some challenges ahead of it but I still like their chances. MP3 is a great idea and RIO is a great product. As the price of RIO comes down, sales will surely continue to grow. OF course DIMD is not just a RIO company, they make many other popular products. RIO is just getting most of the attention because it has the potential for big profit margins right now.
