per roger..the 2 million dollars will be used to do a private placement still not determined yet..for all practical purposes PCES is a shell stock that belonged to a company that no longer exist....from the horses mouth himself.. i had him on the phone as i asked your questions.. those were his replies..funny thing,i was the only person that called him today ,even though your post had the phone number right there on it.. last friday p.e allen had a stock that a number that belong to nice women on another shell that asked if we could send them the money instead of buying the stock..
