LOL Short position Doug?

Looking at the markets today we saw the DJIA +268 points; NASDAQ +44 points; and the TSE +146 points.

BII = Flat as the pancakes I had for breakfast this morning.

This isn't a good sign for a stock that is anticipated to make NASDAQ shortly. It makes more sense for buying to come in at these prices, but it almost appears as if nobody cares anymore. And I think the argument that people are taking a "wait-and-see" approach is also wearing a bit thin.

Even with good financials and other related news, I believe any impact they may have is already built into the share price. Probably unrealistic to expect a $7.50 stock and a National Market listing on that basis alone. BII may make the small cap, but even if it does, I am beginning to question the $20 U.S./share target I threw around not too long ago.
