Sprint land leasing agents don't know anything. I sold a tower site to a sprint land leasing agent, got his $ offer moved up, shrunk the size of the space he thought he needed, and signed a deal quickly, even though there was a better site 150 yards away, that I had mentioned to him.
He said he was a contractor to Sprint PCS, and as long as the engineers would approve my offer, he was OK with that.
I would not expect someone like that to know anything about capacity, when he did not know who's equipment they were deploying, or the size of the 'container', or the needed height of the tower to see a 2 mile radius, or anything about insurance liability issues.
