Break up fee of 4% of equity of dxx, which the way dxx is trading might not restrict someone else from coming in.....

there is a chance OpenText or Solution could top Hum bid, you know, actually pay cash for the company.

I think the best chance is that Hum is forced by large holders to at least pay part in cash. As the deal stands right now, it's not as good as a deal as open text offered, and not as good of a fit.

but what do I know.
