The company and New Claymore Resources Ltd. have further amended the terms
of the Dec. 23, 1997 option agreement in regards to the Calling Lake
prospect, 50 kilometres east of Slave Lake, Alta.
Pursuant to the terms of the option agreement, the company agreed to expend
$50,000 for a second phase exploration program on the Calling Lake property
by or before Dec. 31, 1998 and the balance of up to an equivalent of $1.50
per acre, by March 15, 1999. By amending agreement dated Feb. 23, 1999, New
Claymore granted the company an extension to Sept. 1, 1999 to expend the
required $50,000 on a second phase work program, and the balance becoming
due by March 15, 2000.
