<<Why won't merger be essentially complete in Q1?>> Dunno, the detail guy seemed to think Q2 was the wrap-up, that could mean 4/1 for all we know. He's just a field man, I wanted to know if he had "heard" anything concrete the way corporate folk do at times. Sorry, best information was still vague.
