Halpin should resign, Halpin is a lying P.O.S.
But the only way a shareholder can fire , Halpin the scum bag liar.
Is by selling all one's shares.

When do the shareholder lawsuits start. The entire conference call
held 30 days ago, was one big lie. Halpin said CPU was doing fine.
CPU was expecting to meet or exceed 17 cents a share in earnings.

Now current management is totally discredited on Wall Street.

I am in favor of shareholder lawsuits against management.
The entire conference was a lie, Halpin committed FRAUD.
