Could someone with T/A skills please interpret and dissect the following? Thanks.

1) MACD crossover occurred below center, confirmed in 3 days.

2) This stock is in a strong uptrend - above MACD center 80% of the time.

3) Very heavy volume, base was 44 days , price decline was a damaging -32.4%.
