Sun Tzu: Well, maybe many take a longer-term view than you think on this thread. But you know what...the short and medium term trends offer more to prognosticate about...which makes it much more fun...<g> EDIT: Heck if you are a teenager or in your early twenties, just put your long term money in a SPX Index Fund and keep adding on a monthly basis and forget about it for forty years.
