hey there, Coral,
Re your 2347, would you kindly tell all of the dumb slobs, like myself, who bought over 2/share, how you decided that buying at 75 cents a share was a good idea?
Here we try so hard to do some Due Diligence and make cogent statements and then someone like yourself comes along and deflates all the hot air out of our comments.
Now, as to whether or not this company has a plan to move to the NASDAQ in the future. I just don't know.
I can tell you what I would do. I would get my financial house in order first. Then, I would make sure that I had my supply chain totally locked up as tight as possible to make sure that I could deliver on ANY promise that I made. (It appears that Mr. Gayle is moving in that direction.) Then, I would hire the best corporate lawyer I could to handle "stuff" like this PR firm situation. Then I would clarify this PR firm situation in order to not have any clouds hanging before I tried to qualify for NASDAQ listing. Then, Coral, as you said, I would get my little company LISTED on NASDAQ. And, oops, before that, I would resolve to never again get in the situation they seem to be in now of giving away stock to someone like the PR firm in exchange for services rendered.
Now, realize, Coral, that I may not have all of the facts right. I am making some really huge assumptions here (a.m. are you listening?) about what may have happened.
And, above all, Coral, remember this: Caveat Emptor!
