This is about as good a place as any to jump in. Actually, there is so much chat on this thread it takes too much time to read.

The press release everybody is finger banging themselves about raises my concern. #reply-8173819

1) It is now clear, MRPS does not have a second source supplier for either of its products This could cause problems later. What happens to Microphonics if some jerk at Bulova goes on strike? See what I mean?

2) Talking to 37 companies is OK, but nothing was said about present customers. Maybe there aren't any?

3) patent-pending? This contradicts previous statements that Jimmy bought the patent from the Germans back in the early 1990's. I'm not sure just what Microphonics owns.

4) 1.4 million shares to an investment bank. This is a far cry from a PR firm. We need to learn more about this. a) If the banker paid MRPS money for those shares, there is probably nothing MRPS can do. b) If these were restricted shares and the banker jumped the gun, they probably know something we do not know. c) worse still, what if these were preferred shares? We could be in for some serious dilution.

I was surprised so few buys were required to move MRPS to close at $1.50. Appears there are a few greedy, ignorant people left in this world after all. With that said, I'd like to thank the person who BOT those 2000 shrs on the close to close at $1.50. Everybody here is indebted to him/her. So let's here it for the fool.

Don't get me wrong, like everybody else, I'd like to see MRPS move higher. But I want it to do it on its own merit and I didn't see a lot of merit in the PR.

Sorry folks, but I call them as I see them regardless my position!
