That's what I've been pondering for some time. Could it be that the company has been trying to do a deal and buy these shares from the bankruptcy? Sure it would be nice to get these shares back into the Treasury at 20 to 25 cents but I'd rather they supported the stock with a buy back above 40 cents in the market.
