According to the Jan. 19 annoucement, the merger was to close in approximately 3 months which puts us into April, not September. biz.yahoo.com Where did you get the September date? I sure hope it doesn't take that long. I've been meaning to call XCIT to find out the progress and the milestones to watch for along the way but haven't had time. John
