The evidence MAY have been there, but it was not of the PUBLIC nature, and there is NO WAY anyone could have legally received the information that they were claiming (TA sheets, shareholder lists from the TA, and copies of private faxes and letters between RMIL and promoters.) to have had, and no amount of telephone calls would have revealed this information.

Others and myself have always claimed that the old TA was in bed with the suspected shorts, and the fact that 2 weeks ago I was sent the April 1997 TA transfer sheets shows me that someone was in fact getting information in a non-public manner from the TA. Granted, It would have been nice for all shareholders to have seen these sheets back in Aug-Dec 1997, the facts remain that we did not.

The facts are this. All shareholders were doing the DD based upon the legal methods, and the nays had insider information and or confidential information that was not public, and no amount of legal activities on our part would have ever uncovered what they were in position.
