Hype and Tout????????? Harken Energy is making no reference to the fact that they have two partners in this play, one being ROR. How much hype and tout are you looking for on this one? ROR when fully diluted will have 25 million shares outstanding with 5 million dollars in the bank, if they hit in Colombia they will have .30 - .40 cents cash flow and are involved with Harken in future drilling in the area(three other targets). 14 of 16 wells drilled in the area have been successful and there is producing wells 1 1/2 miles on either side. Potential reserves are between 10 - 55 million barrels of oil. Oppenheimer of New York just raised their target on Harken from $5 to $10 ?????? I can easily see ROR going to $3 - $5 if they hit.
