I am concerned that at these levels, the split may become factored into the price. And when it doesn't happen, the stock can dive down.... Wise thinking, and I'm sure there's some truth to what you're saying. That's why the more risk-averse will be selling before CMGI announces earnings/possible split. But just think, what if their earnings are good, it's a 3-1 split, they announce yet more imminent IPOs...
