Mr. Michaels is a bigger criminal the Leona Helmsley.

Please be advised that the IRS,Sec, NASD, Office for professional Business,Attorney General, American Express, and 10 Members of a new class action suit are presently in the midst of filing actions against Mr. Peter Michaels. He has continued to defy letters of request for Audits, a statement of where the 18 million dollars that he raised went and why he hasn't had any Shareholder meetings. He is really pushing the government's patience with regard to his 2 million dollar back taxes that he has not agreed to pay back, thus his offshore endeavors. Please prepare for this unsightly fight in the courts in which will not help our cause. I represent this class and will continue to update you as our suit proceeds. WE are presently deposing all the necessary witnesses again, from the first depo.
