Don, and of course all readers,

I totally acknowledge the market changes, increased opportunities with MMC and mp3 (man, two years ago I thought digital cameras were going to rocket this company to the moon as soon as the megapixels would be mainstream. Well, they are here, but the last qtr hasn't been a ticket to the moon) however, we know that memory prices have been and are still falling. Hence, last qtr's revenues were not significant given the increased MB sold and earnings were down from last year. Taking all the potential this company has in my limited view (I don't have inside info) we need to have a major earnings outcome this qtr or even $20/sh will look great. I'm still hoping SNDK really kicks in the afterburners this qtr as I have for the past few years. However, I have to concede to reality and not to personal wishes. The future of this company is as much in the hands of the people at Sandisk as it it at the mercy of the open market and world economics. I have finally and humbly come to realize the latter can easily overcome the efforts of the former no matter how ambitious.

Good luck to all.

PS. Don, if you really held shares you bought near $40 all the way down to $5, then I hold my hat off to you sir! Nothing can ever scare you and make you part from your shares.
