PCES. I follow this thread and am disappointed in the comments concerning "pump and dump" and "tanking." I personally talked with the CFO of the company (Mr. Hughesman) and he told me the following:

(1) Company has $2 million in cash in the bank with no debt.
(2) The interest on the $2 million pays his part-time salary and other expenses. Accordingly, the $2 million is not being diminished.
(3) Company has tax carryforward which will make it attractive to potential partners.
(4) Company is actively engaged in discussions with potential partners.

Just because a stock goes from .05 to .25 in one day does not make it a "pump and dump." Comments that were made on this thread, however, probably scared some people into selling. Other people likely took their triple and got out. I think you have to expect profit taking when a stock goes up form .05 to .25 in one day.
