re: So you think Jeff Brommer was good for us? I don't recall saying anything about Jeff being good or bad in the post you were referring to. Only that, for the PR to be effecive, there has to be good communication between the company and the rep. That seems logical and not even worth mentioning, but it was a problem in the past and Brommer still managed to do a pretty decent job despite getting little help or support from the principals of Massimo's.
