there is no inaccuracy to my post..i was speaking to roger the ceo of your so called company at the time.. i asked him many questions and left my name so he knew for any problems in the future.. he advised that there was no pace healthcare.. PCES- IS A SHELL STOCK THAT TRADES ON THE PINK SHEET FOR 2 YEARS..THEY HAVE NO OPERATION,THEY HAVE NO BUSNIESS..AND THE 2 MILLION DOLLARS YOU ARE REFERING TO WAS TO BE USED TO BE PLACE IN A PRIVATE BUSINESS ..
