Hi D., I think I posted earlier that Steve Smith in IR had said news between Thursday and next week, so I'm not worried if there's no news yet...it will come!

I spoke again with Steve today, I suggest you all call him with any questions, he is very happy to answer, and will find out if he doesn't know the answer...also received my DD pkg. from IMOT today.. learned a few new things...

In talking with Steve, I found out that Arthur Anderson (but they're not called that anymore, I can't think of the new name) one of the big 6 firms, is completing the audit, and audited financials out in 3-4 weeks. Company is moving toward being listed with Nasdaq, maybe this year?? Brokers have been calling, they are working on getting a broker to back the company, short term time frame.

IMOT has an excellent relationship with the Chinese gov't., very important when dealing in China. Of the six licenses issued by the govt., they are all to Chinese companies, so not sure about Yahoo, except that they may have sub-license agreement with a competitor. (Could this be in the works for IMOT, to sub-license to a major US net player?? my speculation, only.)

In investor package, I found something I could not believe hadn't been mentioned before, it seems really big to me! IMOT has 49% of a deal with another company called Egan Systems (EGNS) in a joint venture called Tech 2020. Egan signed a contract with Computer Associates to handle all outsourced Y2K repairs using CA's software. If problems are not fixed by the customer, with software alone, then repairs will be performed by IMOT's Tech2020 arm. IMOT will also be the mgmt. arm of a joint venture with the Chinese Govt to help fix the country's Y2K problem. China's situation is very complex because the networks the computers are linked to are so vast. TECH 2020 WILL BE THE GATEKEEPER FOR ALL Y2K SOLUTIONS COMING INTO CHINA. I don't know about you all, but I think that is impressive!!

All of the above info is from the investor package and talking to Steve, do your own DD, please! Any new info, please post!!
