If the executives of the company relied on responsible CPA'sfor their accounting methods, I believe the claimants in the suit have little chance of winning. They simply want to shake a settlement out of the company. The burden of proof is on the plaintiffs to prove otherwise.

The trouble is that while this suit is pending, and it may take a long time, this stock will be depressed. These lawyers are hurting the very ones they claim to be protecting. Persons buying this stock now must consider how this suit will affect their investment. It's a catch 2 situation.
