I believe Warren has been sent off to pursue other opportunities. I'd suggest you take half of his severance package. ;-)

And while we're complementing people on good interviews, let's not forget Tom Costello. He's always been among the best interviewers, but lately he seems to be making a bid for Mark Haines' title of head bulldog. His interview of the Bluefly.com CEO earlier this week was tremendous.
