Just a word of Caution Daniel Boyer was involved with a Company called CATV that went belly up a while back. CATV also had a D Jerry Diamond involved. ADVT also had it's stock price die, and had Mr. diamond also involved. I also have a link to a Reference of a Daniel Boyer being brought up on Racketeering charges in Orlando a while back. (Where the company resides). I don't know if this is the same Daniel Boyer that was involved with CATV, and is now involved with WACC, but its worth investigating. If it is, watch out. These three companies I mentioned are all somehow linked, they all had lots of potential, and all have worthless stock now. Here is the link: amcity.com and I think the case code may be 96-35- CR-ORL-22. Again, this is just a warning, there may not be any ties, but it all seems kind of fishy. I came across this while investigating CATV since it appears to recently have been pumped and dumped, and figured I'd post the infor here. If this info has already been posted, I appologize. David
