There is no place for "will get it" in markets generally I have learned. The computations are done at lightening speed by sophisticated houses who understand almost everything there is to know, and the current "price" is the sum total of their exact understanding/ psychology /affection-dislike /potential as reflected by the street right now. Barring further dramatic events, current price says it all about the deal and the market said it stinks for LCOS right now.

And glad, the street said it with such a wide open mouth ... because this may turn out to be blessing in disguise eventually for LCOS.
