The news about the CEO selling shares was out a few days ago.

Dow Jones News Retrieval reported the filing on Monday I believe.There was no mention of SFA on Wall Street Week by John Dessauer...the show was cut shoort by a PBS fundraising campaign. However 3COM was touted by the program's guest who heads a multinational mutual fund. The timing of the insider sale could have been improved upon.I accept the reasons remember that Michael Dell just sold a huge slug of his stock and there are many others.
