Robert, Good point- I misread the press release on the ($0.03) figure... Since AFLX has a substantial portion of its costs fixed, those costs will not vary proportionately with throughput.

Anyone with an accounting background here- will all costs related to the Thai Plant be capitalized or are some costs expensed?

What I'm trying to get at is- will cessation of the building program/construction activities in Thailand impact AFLX's cost side of its quarterly report this quarter? That was a substantial cost previously....

See note from last quarter's earnings reelase:

"The Company generated a positive $3.0 million net cash flow from operations during the quarter primarily as a result of aggressive inventory and receivable management and by negotiating extended payment terms with suppliers. Net bank borrowing increased by $7.9 million during the quarter primarily due to the pay down of bank term debt and funding of construction activities for the new
factory in Thailand."
