Dennis, first I am not touting ULBI, I have simply made a buying decision based on the fundamentals, buying under book (at $5.25/shares) near the bottom of its trading range. The TA at ULBI is actually negative to neutral, it has been bouncing against its bottom and will probably continue doing so until they start shipping their own polymer based batteries. I am not recommending ULBI just as I am not recommending VLNC. I feel more secure in ULBI because they are selling under book value they do have a cash generating system and if they succeed with their polymer system, I am buying into this growth market opportunity at a much lower risk than buying VLNC at current prices. There is always a risk of "missing the boat" with VLNC, but I am not loosing sleep on it, that risk has been around for quite a number of years (VBG) and it might stay there for few more. The high tension living of "did they get the PO" or "are they dying" is not my style.
