I get the feeling that the owners are not willing to give up any equity in exchange for a NEEDED cash infusion to get TODY going. They may have some great products and ideas, but it will all be meaningless unless they have enough $ to FINISH what they have started and get their name out. The internet is a fast place to compete in...if companies take too long they will miss out. Any opinions, I'm getting paranoid.
